What is the processing and shipping time?
Pre-orders require 3–5 business days for processing before they ship. Hair on hand is shipped within 1 business day of your purchase. Once your order is processed, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected. Standard or Express. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way.

NOTE: Saturday and Sunday are not business days which means these days are not included in the processing and shipping times whatsoever.

Do you offer a pickup option?

Yes! If you’re in the Houston area, we offer a pickup option for online orders. Simply choose this option at checkout, and we’ll provide you with details on where and when to collect your order.

Are your extensions 100% human hair?

Yes all of our extensions are made with 100% virgin human hair or 100% raw depending on your purchase, ethically sourced and carefully selected to maintain quality, durability, and a natural look and feel.

Can the extensions be dyed, bleached, or heat-styled?

Absolutely. Our hair can be dyed, bleached, curled, or straightened just like your natural hair. For longevity, we recommend using professional-grade products and heat tools with care.

How long do the extensions last?
With proper care, our extensions can last 2+ years or more. Longevity depends on your maintenance routine, frequency of styling, and the type of product used.

Can I cancel or change my order once it’s placed?
Unfortunately, once your order is placed, we cannot accept cancellations or changes. Please double-check your selections before completing your purchase to ensure you’re satisfied with your order.
 
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once the packaging has been opened. If you receive the wrong item or a defect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
